Panthers Jersey Return Agreement

As part of your student’s participation in the Panthers Athletics sports program, they have been issued a school jersey for the current athletic season. To ensure our ability to outfit future teams, we require the return of all jerseys by the end of the season.

Please read and sign the following agreement:

  1. I am responsible for ensuring the return of the Panthers Athletics jersey issued to my student.

  2. The jersey must be returned to the Panthers Athletics Team (team coach or athletic director) no later than the team banquet at the end of the season (or an agreed upon date with the Athletic Director).

  3. If the jersey is not returned by this deadline, I agree to pay a $100 replacement fee to cover the cost of a new jersey.

  4. This fee will be added to my student’s account if the jersey is not returned in a timely manner.

I understand that this policy helps support the sustainability of the Panthers Athletics program and ensures future students have the necessary gear.
