Cross country is one of the newest additions to Panthers Athletics, and we're excited about the opportunities it provides for students to challenge themselves, build friendships, and be part of a growing team culture. Athletes compete in cross country meets throughout the season, racing on a variety of courses that showcase the natural beauty of Indiana.

The program is open to students in 2nd through 8th grade, with opportunities available for athletes of all experience levels. Whether your student is training for another sport, running their first race, or looking to compete at a high level, Panthers Cross Country offers a welcoming environment where every runner is encouraged to grow.

At Panthers Athletics, we believe athletics are a powerful way to disciple students while building teamwork, perseverance, and Christlike character. Our cross country program reflects our passion to educate, equip, and empower students—not just as athletes, but as young men and women of integrity.

CROSS COUNTRY SEASON

(mid-July – end of Oct.)
Elementary: 2nd – 6th
Junior High: 7th – 8th

Cost: $50 charge per athlete

Summer Workouts: Optional summer workouts are offered at various locations in Carmel. While participation is not required, athletes are highly encouraged to attend to build endurance, stay active, connect with teammates, and prepare for the upcoming season. A complete summer schedule will be shared with registered athletes and families.

Practices: Official practice will begin on Tuesday, August 18th right after school. Practices will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:45 – 4:45 PM. Tuesday practices will be at Northview Church in Carmel, and Thursdays will be at Northpoint Christian Academy.
